Academic Musical Theater's performance "My Mother's Book" to be presented in Pakistan
A group of creative crew of the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater will participate in the World Culture Festival organized by the “Art Council of Pakistan Karachi” in Karachi, Pakistan, which will last until December 7. The Musical Theater’s performance “My Mother’s Book” will be presented as part of this prestigious international festival, which is attended by more than 1,000 theater and art representatives from the USA, Russia, Turkey, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Brazil, Iraq, Morocco and a total of 140 countries. Based on the play of the same name by the prominent Azerbaijani writer and playwright Jalil Mammadguluzadeh, it was prepared and directed by the winner of the Presidential Prize, Irada Gozalova. The production designer of the performance is Vusal Rahim, the director of the fight scenes and dances is People’s Artist Parviz Mammadrzayev, and the director is Zaur Aliyev. The performance will be performed in English by the theater's talented actors - Samadzade Khasiyev, Huseyn Alili, Zaur Aliyev, Nazrin Ismayilzade, Adelin Ozturk, Narmin Aliyeva, Ali Karimov, Irana Karimova, Subhan Rustamov and Murad Aliyev. It should be noted that within the framework of the visit, the delegation of the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater also plans to hold a number of meetings in order to further expand cultural relations between the theaters.
