Fatma Mahmudova was awarded the "Artist" medal
On December 22, the play "The Fixer" (Vasif Adigozelov, Anar) was performed at the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater.
This time, the stage play was performed on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the theater's famous actress, People's Artist, Presidential Pensioner Fatma Mahmudova.
Deputy Director of the Academic Musical Theater, Doctor of Philosophy in Art History Vafa Muhajirova gave detailed information to the audience about the actress's life and work and congratulated the jubilarian on behalf of the theater management and the collective. She also conveyed the congratulations of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Cultural Workers of Azerbaijan.
Speaking about Ms. Fatma's efficient activity in the theater field, the Chairman of the Union of Theater Workers, People's Artist Haji Ismayilov, also awarded the jubilarian with the "Artist" medal.
Ms. Fatma, who has performed in many performances of the Academic Musical Theater since 1994, has masterfully coped with the image entrusted to her this time.
In addition to the actress, the stage production, which was applauded by the audience, was attended by Honored Artists Alakbar Aliyev, Akbar Alizade, Chingiz Ahmadov, Shovgi Huseynov, Igrar Salamov, President's Prize winner Huseyn Alili, actors Gultaj Alili, Turkel Tariqpeyma, Shaban Jafarov, Elkhan Ismayilov, Nijat Ali, Ruslan Mursalov, Jabrayil Jabrayilov, Gunay Gasimova, Nigar Garayeva, as well as the theater's choir and ballet artists.
It should be noted that the founder director of the performance is Honored Art Worker Asgar Asgarov, the production conductor is Honored Art Worker Fakhraddin Atayev, the production artist is Honored Artist Nabat Samadova, the choirmaster is Honored Artist Vagif Mastanov, the production ballet master is Honored Artist Nigar Shahmuradova, the conductor is Samad Suleymanli, the concertmasters are Kamil Hasanov, Fidan Mammadova, the director is Elmaddin Dadashov, and the assistant director is Tamilla Mammadova.
