Academic Musical Theater's New Year's performance - "Home Alone"

From December 28, 2024 to January 05, 2025, the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater will stage an interesting and entertaining New Year's play - "Home Alone".

Based on the script of the film of the same name by American filmmaker Chris Columbus, the production director of this stage play is Zaur Aliyev.

Like the film, the play highlights the events that happen to a family that goes to celebrate the New Year in another country and forgets their little son at home. This brave little boy, who overcomes all his fears with self-confidence, is not helpless in the face of tragicomic situations he finds himself in and surprises everyone by being cautious against dangers...

The author of the idea and artistic director of this performance, Doctor of Philosophy, Honored Artist Aligismat Lalayev, is the second director of Amrah Dadashov, the founder balletmaster Elvira Azizova, the stage designer Gabil Gozalov, the music arranger Mahammad Mammadov, the founder of stage tricks Isa Asadov, and the assistant director Sevinj Mammadova.

The performance will feature Honored Artist Igrar Salamov, President's Prize winners Samadzade Khasiyev, Huseyn Alili, Elchin Imanov, Shaban Jafarov, Ofeliya Mammadova, Ruslan Mursalov, Farid Rzayev, Narmin Aliyeva, Eleonora Abbasova, Jabrail Jabrailov, Ibrahim Alizadeh, Subhan Rustamov, Ali Karimov, Murad Aliyev, Ayan Gurbanova, Firuza Jafarova, Kamran Hasanov, Irana Karimova, the theater's young actors Mirugur, Mironur Alili brothers and Hamid Hamidov, as well as ballet dancers.

This performance, which will also feature Santa Claus and Snow Maiden, symbols of the New Year holiday, will last for nine days (December 28-January 05, 4 sessions per day).

Tickets can be purchased at the city's centralized box offices, "ASAN service" centers, as well as on the "iticket. az" website. Collective orders are also accepted.
