The wife of King Mswati III of the Kingdom of Eswatini was a guest of the Academic Musical Theater

On November 13, the wife of King Mswati III of the Kingdom of Eswatini, Philile Thulile Dlamini, was a guest of the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater.

The distinguished guest was welcomed by the theater's director, Honored Artist, Doctor of Philosophy, Aligismat Lalayev, who introduced her and her delegation to the theater building and provided detailed information about the history of the art center, the state after the renovation work carried out by order of President Ilham Aliyev, and the theater's current repertoire.

The guests, accompanied by the theater's concertmaster Kamil Hasanov, welcomed the duet of Asker and Gulchohra from the operetta "Arshin mal alan" by the great composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli, as well as the works "Sevgilim" and "Aziz surat" by the outstanding composer Tofig Guliyev.

Then Aligismat Lalayev presented the First Lady with a national symbol, the kelaghayi, various printed materials related to the theater's history and repertoire, including our national anthem and audio-video materials of our national music.

Mrs. P.T. Dlamini, expressing her gratitude for the warm meeting and the conditions created by the leadership, particularly emphasized that she liked the theater very much.
