Ayan Gurbanova

Ayan Gurbanova (Tohidi) daughter of Senan was born on May 17, 1996, in Baku. She developed an interest in music from the age of 5 and completed the 7-years piano course at the 16th music school named after Korkmaz Safaraliyeva, earning a "Distinction" diploma. During her childhood, she actively participated as a soloist in the "Benovshe" children's choir, winning several competitions and receiving numerous awards.

Ayan continued her musical education by completing the solo singing course at Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli, under the guidance of People's Artist, Professor Khuraman Khanum Gasimova. She pursued her master's degree at the Azerbaijan National Conservatory under the supervision of Honored Artist Zenfira Ismayilova, also got a "Distinction" diploma.

Ayan Tohidi, possessing a mezzo-soprano voice, has performed at the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic, the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Turkey, and various concert halls. She is not only a singer but also the author of lyrics for several songs she composed herself.

Since 2020, Ayan Tohidi has been actively engaged as an actress at the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater.
