Honored artist Farid Aliyev returned to the Musical Theater

Talented tenor, one of the leading soloists of the Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, Honored Artist ------ Farid Aliyev will continue his creative activity at the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater.

Until 2011, he staged in both Russian and Azerbaijani sections of the Academic Musical Theater "Cheerful Widow" (F. Legar), "Maritsa" (I. Kalman), "Silva" (I. Kalman), "Crazy Gascony " G.Garayev), "When fates meet" (R.Hajiyev), "If not that one, then this one", "Arshin mal alan" (U.Hajibayli). The honored artist called his return to the theater a new stage of stage activity and shared his pleasant impressions with us:
"I am very pleased with the recent success of the creative team of the Academic Musical Theater, and one of the main reasons for attracting this old art center is the new performances in the theater's repertoire. The desire to see myself in different images in those plays brought me back to this theater. I intend to continue my work with more confidence and enthusiasm than the previous years. I would like to emphasize that so far I have worked at the Academic Opera and Ballet Theater and performed various images in more than 30 performances. However, the place of the Musical Theater in my heart is completely different. I express my deep gratitude to the management and staff of the theater for warm welcoming. At present, I have started rehearsals for the newly commissioned character in the play "The Poor Bride" (A. Ostrovsky). I wish success to our creative team.”
