According to the action plan of the Ministry of Culture dedicated to the 29th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, directors of the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater joined the "JUSTICE FOR KHOJALI" international campaign initiated by Vice President of the Haydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva with short films dedicated to the memory of victims of the tragedy. Although the general content of Samir Gulamov's "Lamp Returning from Captivity," Javid Imamverdiyev's "Justice for Khojaly," Anar Babali's "Letter Has Arrived," Artogrul Kamalov's "Khojaly" short films is to convey the atrocities committed by the hated enemy in Khojaly to the people, but this time we showed it as representatives of winner nation. The film "Lamp Returning from Captivity" shows the victorious soldier returning to his native, liberated land years later. The lamp he found in the house where he lived once, brings him back in time to his lost years in the blink of an eye, awakens his memories. "Justice for Khojaly!" In the short film, the memory of the victims of the tragedy is remembered in front of the "Mother's Tower" monument. These words and cries seem to pass through the hearts of all those present at the memorial service: "Rejoice, dear ones! Your blood did not remain on the ground, the revenge was taken!” The film "Khojaly" also commemorates the sufferings of the past years. The film pays special attention to the proud shots, which reflect the 44-day history of our glorious victory with the iron fist of our glorious army, by the order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. The actors of the theater - Mehriban Zaliyeva, Ruslan Mursalov, Nijat Ali, Guldana Azimova, Shaban Jafarov, Hidayat Aliyev, ballet dancer Inara Karimova, and others took part in the videos. There are also accurate statistics reflecting the horrors committed by Armenians on the night of February 25-26, 1992, in the video. These films, made by the Academic Musical Theater in connection with the 29th anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy, will be shown on social networks from February 24. Do not forget to watch!
