Ismayilov Elkhan – son of Ismayil was born on July 24, 1974 in the Tovuz region. He was admitted to the faculty of "Drama Theater and Cinema Acting" of Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art in 1993. He graduated with honors diploma from the same faculty in 1997. In 1994, he joined the ballet troupe of the Azerbaijan State Musical Comedy Theater. Between 1994-1999 years he acted as a ballet artist. In those years he participated in "Memorial Prayer”, "Filumena Marturano”, "The Gypsy Band Leader”, ”Family Weekend”, "Hijran”, "Everyone’s own star”, "Rose”, "Two witches women”, "My cheerful heart”, "The Gypsy Princess”, "If not that one then this one”, "Goodbye”, "Gold Wedding”, "Another night”, "Living without women is impossible”. He was transferred to the department of acting in 1997.
